Crowds will most certainly be walking on sunshine in Stoke Park, as Katrina, former lead singer of the legendary pop rock band Katrina and the Waves has been confirmed to perform on The Main Stage at GuilFest on Sunday 20th July. For those that don’t know, “Walking On Sunshine” was an international hit for Katrina and her band way back in 1985 and has had constant airplay on radio stations and commercials the world over ever since.  Numerous covers have been released – even by the queen of country herself, Dolly Parton – though none have had the impact of the universally loved original.  Katrina (and the Waves) were also responsible for the UK’s 1997 Eurovision entry, “Love Shine a Light” - which won the competition by a landslide, being awarded the maximum points by ten of the voting nations, receiving an unprecedented 227 points overall.  Katrina has never played GuilFest before and organisers are delighted to welcome her to Stoke Park for the first time.

East London five piece and X factor finalists, Kingsland Road are to hit The Main Stage on Sunday 20th July.  Tipped to be the next One Direction, the band was formed in November last year by college mates Connor and Josh and have racked up 100k YouTube views and 11k followers on Twitter. They’ve just come back from supporting FutureProof on their academy tour of the UK and picked up the @LatestPop award for Best New Artist 2013.  Their mix of 5 part harmony, ska-infused summer-pop, infectious banter and shameless individualism make Kingsland the lads everybody wants at the party.

Easily the best Doors cover outfit around, The Doors Alive will be performing on The Main Stage at GuilFest on Friday 18th July. The Doors Alive recreate the sound, look and magic of a 1960's Doors concert, effortlessly transporting the audience back in time with hits such as 'Light My Fire', 'When The Music's Over', 'Riders On The Storm', 'The End' and many more.  The band have left audiences awestruck all over the world and repeatedly sell out some of the most well established venues all over the UK.

Metal outfit of the moment, Heart of a Coward will rock The Big Cheese Cave on Saturday 19th July. Hailing from Milton Keynes, the band can lay claim to some seriously memorable performances since their inception back in 2009 - joining the Metal Hammer Razor Tour, as well as supporting their new label mates Bleed From Within throughout the UK to chaotic crowds.  The band have unleashed new material to monstrous reactions on huge festival stages over the last couple of years and with interest in them spreading overseas fast, the band will also cross over to a host of international territories this year.  Heart of a Coward’s live show is a force to be reckoned with in any venue while their tight sound never fails to impress.

TANGERINE FIELDS LUXURY GLAMPING will be at GuilFest this year for the first time ever. Every festival-goer's dream: turn up and find the perfect camping spot already picked out for you, your tent is already up and your mates are all camped next to you. All you need to do is start the party. For full information about how you can enjoy this brilliant addition, please visit the GuilFest homepage at
