The tracks... Her debut EP 'What Do I Do?' is available on all major download platforms, while she continues to write for her debut album which will be available in 2011.

The buzz... Joanna's had overseas airplay by channels like in New Jersey, and by many UK based radio stations including and Brooklands FM where she was the featured artist with two hours of live play and chat on David Durant's Unsigned Show. Her music was also handpicked for a panel box on the BBC Sussex and BBC Surrey Unsigned Show hosted by Phil Jackson, and also appeared live on the BBC Introducing: The South Show as their featured artist in January.

The gigs... Last year she has played at prestigious venues in and around London such as The Half Moon in Putney, The Cobden Club in Notting Hill, The Bedford in Balham, The Boileroom in Guildford, and performed to appreciative audiences at festivals such as GuilFest, Small World and even further a fi eld doing a series of gigs in Turkey and Holland. She was also nominated for 'Best Female Solo Artist' at the Guildford Music Awards 2010 – an annual event where local musicians are recognised for their talent and contribution to live music.

The journey... From birth singing, dancing and acting came as naturally as breathing. In 2004 attended vocal course at Guildford's Academy of Contemporary Music before becoming lead singer of her fi rst serious originals
band. In 2006, she became one half of Weston and Schonning before picking up the guitar herself. First the confi dence, then the response, and now the solo career creating her own unique sound.

The future... Riding a wave in 2010: album and wider international audiences in 2011....who knows what may come next?
