How long have we been doing this stuff?

The current line up have been pounding up and down the country building a fan base for 2 years.

What do we play?

Hard Edged Energetic Rock Music you can dance to.

Where and when do we play?

We're a working band who gig all the time. Recent headline shows at the Barfly, Dublin Castle, The Borderline, Garage, Metro Club, Carling Academy and Camden's Underworld have been rammed solid. Last year's Guildford Festival was also a great breakthrough event and we are going back this summer to build on that success. Out of town we've played Shepherd's Bush, Glasgow Barrowland, Manchester Academy, Olympia Dublin, Waterfront Belfast, as well as all the usual shit tips! We'll go where our fans are and we are also determined to get on the European circuit this year.

What do the press say about us?

Here are some we like!

'Intervurt are like Queens of the Stone Age fronted by Thom Yorke.'

'A modern day U2.'

'In terms of both content and sheer visceral flair, it's like watching Reservoir Dogs in around four minutes.'
OVERPLAY - 2005

'Intervurt's stabbing electronica is hypnotically engaging, their melodies rip your ears and their attitude blasts through into the next room.'
VIRTUAL FESTIVALS - DEC 2004

'Brilliant!, Awesome!, See them live!.'
CHRIS HAWKINS - BBC RADIO
