Cold Comfort's sound is melodic, guitar based, and complemented by rich vocal harmonies. Their live performances are energetic, charismatic and packed with a passion for their music.
Ben Davy (vocals/guitar) began playing with Cold Comfort's original line up in 1998. With college courses and careers intervening, the main elements of Cold Comfort have nonetheless continued to build on an ever-growing catalogue of original material. The band has recently reformed with Paul White (keyboards), Tim Hubbard (Bass), Gaz Farrimond (Drums), and Liz Coomber (backing vocals). Their style is inspired by classic acts, yet influenced by contemporary artists, with a distinctly British sound."
